Coaching found me organically. For years, friends, family, and even strangers would say, "You should be a coach" or "You have a gift for asking the right questions." They marveled at how I could make someone feel understood and at ease in no time.

I began my professional journey at the age of 17, starting humbly and becoming one of the youngest leaders in my organization.

After 13 years of working across various countries and sectors, I realized it was time to share my insights and help others experience the growth and fulfillment I've found.

I was fortunate to be raised with a strong sense of discipline, which I believe is foundational to success.
